Why do you need an OEC if you got your PR approved, based on your profile? POLO is required to get an OEC for TFW

He just changed his profile from Category FSW1 to Other, that's why I assumed that he got his PR approved

ya, I made a wrong entry in my profile...but any idea guys about polo? our deployment delay so much due to this process. WE hve nothing t do but to wait and Pray...

as far as I know, POLO is a Phil government agency based in Canada. The employer needs to comply with this process. The agency verifies the status of the employer and the job offer (if still existing and needing a TFW). This aims to protect a Filipino worker.

hi..just go to Philippine Consular..have your valid working permit,passport orig.,letter from employer,can $2.75 for the payment..you have to fill up 2 forms there,it takes only 30 mins.that's the most.. oec validity is 60 days on the day of issue...thanks and good luck....or call the nearest PHILIPPINE CONSULAR and ask the requirements of getting the OEC.

request mo sa employer mo na provide sayo yung POLO kung dito ka sa canada. It will take 2 weeks kung mamadaliin ng employer mo and can be sent via email.

Hi just a question if you’ve got a LMIA-exempt under AIPP in NB do you still have to undergo POLO (Philippine Overseas Labour Office) and POEA (Philippine Overseas Employment Administration? thing? Or it can be waived and just do the PDOS (predeparture orientation seminar) thank you.

Hello po, bale who needs to hire the agency? Si employer po ba or si employee? Thanks po
