My friend is applying a LMIA work permit. IRCC web said it will take 7 weeks however he has already wait for 4 month.
I just checked his ircc tracker (his agent is a 100% sh**), found there green for biometrics and eligibility. Background verification still blue in progress. What does this means? How long will it take from here? I also check the code of the page and cannot found "security".

When I done my PR, eligibility and background verification gone green together at the same time. I am not sure what happend to my friend why there is one green and one blue.
