Hi Guys,

I am just on my final leg of application . I just wanted your advice, I was going through the guidelines and it stated that I require police clearing certificate for any country I lived in after 18 years. I have been in england for 2 years but that was for my education and I even got my tier 1 visa from there . I am kinda confused do I still require a police clearing certificate . I have attained my PCC from my local police station. I was suggested by my brother whose in US that he didnt do the same when he applied for his PR. He just got his PCC from India thats all.

Please help guys , I dont wanna mess up things at the last hour,

Regards
