Police Clearence Certificate for CIC PR Visa

Dear all,
I am to apply for the CIC under the provincial nomination.
Now I have a fresh PCC but it was addressed to the traveling to another country, can I use it for CIC???
Since I am out of home country now and it will take much time to do so

Don't be hurry! Wait till you don't get PCC. Don't apply without PCC or other place PCC. Apply for genuine PCC and get it, then apply. You have 6 months, and in 15 or 20 days you will get PCC. Otherwise they will return your application and this causes much delay.
