Police clearance

hey guys I really need info
CIC sent letter saying submit your RECENT police clearance and other documents. My question is I have lived in other countries for years and years. Do I need to submit the PCC from those countries or just the from the country that I am residing presently? As it says recent I am in confused

I think you give 1 for the present. And clearly write under History all stays. they will do a BCG ; a Back ground check at the end which may further delay process. But there is no other way out.
