My parents were here in Canada from jan 2014 to Dec 2014 now that the Newdelhi visa office has asked them for there police clearance from Canada during there stay in canada for there PR APPLICATION.

Open the above link and you will find forms from website so your parents need to visit the local police station where they need to get the fingerprints done in front of officials and need their stamp to. Then send by mail to canada and get service from corps commisionaires they will convert paper fingerprints to digitalze one and send it to rcmp for police clearance certificate . There charge around 200$ per person.

There are few offices in chandigarh and delhi who can provide you ppc from canada and they do all the stuff charge around 5000-7000 per person.
