I am little confused regarding PCC.
i went passport office new Delhi for submit my PCC form and fee, on website they said valid passport is required but when i was on counter gave them my forms and fee and passport they return back my passport and fee slip with file number.
there is any mistake or they do return passport same time?
any body have idea if local police station involve in this verification so if i can go there and ask if they can do little fast ?
