Hi all

I am planning to submit my application after mid of June, and I have more than 50 short business trips to US and will be needing a police clearance certificate, how long do they take to provide a certificate, will it ok to apply for the Police clearance certificate a month before submitting my citizen application?
I follow this forum regularly these days, so I am ready by June to submit my application, I would also like to know, that even the Immigration office have our IELTS from our PR application but we need to provide them with a copy, am I right.?

Thank you all for your hard work and support, I would also like to connect with people here in Abbotsford / Chilliwack / surrey, who are planning to file application after mid of 2019.

If he spent more than 183 days he'll need one.

Within the last 4 years, if you spent 183 days or more in another country (other than Canada), you must provide a police certificate. You must provide a police certificate for each country where you spent 183 days or more. If you cannot get a police certificate, tell us why.
Example 1
In the past 4 years, you took one (1) trip to France that lasted 200 days. You would answer “Yes” to the question and you would need to provide a police certificate from France.
Example 2
In the past 4 years, you took 10 trips to the United States of America (USA). Each trip lasted 3 weeks, for a total of 210 days. You would answer “Yes” to the question and you would need to provide a police certificate from the USA.
Example 3
In the past 4 years, you spent one year (365 days) working in Singapore. While working in Singapore, you took a trip to Malaysia (10 days) and Thailand (10 days). You would answer “Yes” to the question and you would need to provide a police certificate from Singapore. You would not need to provide police certificates from Malaysia or Thailand.
Example 4
In the past 4 years, you took one (1) trip to Europe where you visited Portugal (5 days), Spain (7 days), France (10 days), Belgium (3 days), Netherlands (3 days), Germany (21 days), Switzerland (7 days) and Italy (21 days). You took a second trip to Europe where you visited Ireland (14 days), Scotland (14 days) and England (21 days). You went to Germany for a business trip that lasted 60 days. The total time you were outside of Canada was 186 days but you were not in a single country for 183 days or more. You would answer “No” to the question and you would not need to provide police certificates from any of the countries.

I'm in a similar situation. I never lived in the US but I've taken several trips to the US over the past 4 years, which accumulated to over 200 days. I submitted a request for PCC online and received a response the next day after my fingerprint was delivered. The official letter took quite a while to arrive by mail but the delay probably caused by X'mas and new year holidays in my case.
Here's my timeline: submit online request 06.12.2018/ fingerprint delivered 11.12.2018/ result available 12.12.2018/ letter arrived by mail 03.01.2019
I think you can apply in advance as long as the date on the letter is later than the last time you were in the US.
I already submitted my citizenship application so let's see how it goes. I'll update in this post if there's a problem with my application regarding this PCC from FBI. :)

Is it good idea to get travel history from CBSA few months ahead of applying for citizenship? just to verify all dates in the residency calculator match the CBSA report.
What you guys think?

Hey. I've applied for the same. It has been 3 wks since they received my fingerprint and I haven't heard from them anything. I did the online one b)c it said they'd review it within 3-5 days. Did you get any mail saying that they received your fingerprint and all the documents?

After FBI received my fingerprint card(I used trackable mail) and two days after I got an email from them with police certificate and another 1.5 weeks I got it in mail as well
