I have few clarifications regarding obtaining police clearance certificates from San Francisco Indian Consulate.
1. I stay in Bay Area and I can go to the SFO Indian consulate in person to submit the documents. I am on H1 visa and my wife is on H4 Visa. Can I submit her Police Clearance certificate from SFO Indian Consulate for both me and my wife at SFO Indian consulate. Does my wife need to be in person for stamping on her original passport. Can I apply on her behalf by taking the required documents?
Will Indian consulate at SFO require my wife's physical presence to submit or gather the documents.
