I have been lurking these very helpful forums for the past few days in order to get the application for spousal sponsorship ready to bring my wife to Canada (thank you very much). I'm a Canadian Citizen currently in graduate school. My wife and I completed the application (gathering documents, letters, etc..), and currently we are just waiting for certified translation of some documents to be completed. The goal is to submit the application in November. The application is an out-land spousal sponsorship application (my wife is currently living in Germany).
I apologize if this has been previously answered:
One thing that is not clear to me is whether or not a police check is required for me (the sponsor). Do I have to do the RCMP one?
