Police Certificate

I have been in the USA for 18 years and I'm an american citizen.I just want to immigrate to Quebec.At age 18, I have been out of the US for 7 months . This is the only time I stayed out of the US for more than 6 months.Do I need a police certificate from that country?

You need Police Cert. from any country you stayed for 6 Months or over, from the age of 18...
So I guess you will need it.
