Hi fellows,
One of my relative is applying for citizenship and have a question for Police certificate.
As per the instructions in document checklist "You must provide a police certificate for each country or territory where you have been present for 183 days or more in a row (since the age of 18) for the four (4) years immediately before the date of your application".
He has been living in Canada since 2005 and never went back to his native country and or any other country. For example, if he apply Feb. 15, 2022, last four years would be Feb. 15, 2018. He has been living in Canada even before 2018. Does he still require the police certificate from his native country?
Thanks
