I recently got the ITA through CEC!
For the document checklist, I was wondering if I need to submit a police certificate for my time in Canada? Every CIC website I visited said no, but people who went through the process told me to get it since they did it.

In addition, my common law partner was born and raised in Canada and never spent more than 6 months anywhere else. The document checklist is asking for his police certificate, so now I'm thinking maybe we should both get it just in case.
