Points for 3 year work exp

Hello all.
I need your advice.
At the end of my work permit, I will have total of 2 years, 11 months, 16 days of work Experience.

I am short of 15 days to count full 3 years. Is that acceptable?

Also note. In that time period I once went to my home country for a month and was still working full-time remotely and was paid as normal.

Please advise.

Seriously? You are short 15 days and are asking if you have 3 years experience? You have 35 months of experience and need another 2 weeks experience.

No it is not according to IRCC. If you find it in their operating policies but 3 years is 36 months.

Canadian experience is experience IN Canada so no it doesn't count as Canadian.
