Hello guys, I had applied and obtained my PR for Canada through Alberta Provincial nomination program in 2014. I had completed my landing formalities in Sept. 2014. However, I could not actually relocate to Canada due to some reasons and have been living in USA. I know that the PR requirement is to live in Canada for first 2 years out of the 5 years and now I am in year four. Is it still possible for me to move to Canada and still get my PR renewed when it expires. Is it possible that if I can explain my situation and may be they can consider? Has anyone ever seen a case like this? I would appreciate your response.
