PNP - Work Permit Status and JOB

Hi,

I have few questions regarding going through pnp to get pr and work permit status.
1. if i get pnp from any province; does my work permit(Post Graduation Work Permit) status will be changed; from open to close work permit? if yes, how much time it is going to be stay as close work permit?
2. During close status, if i have a chance to get better job; from NOC C and D category to NOC O, A and B; can i joint that job or not? or i must have to stay with that employer with whom i got pnp?
3. Suppose it changes from open work permit to close work permit; what happens if i will get fired from my job or laid off by my employer?

Hello,

1) NO. I have SINP and I still on PGWP, status WORKER
2) You do not need to worry about your work permit unless it expires soon. If it expires soon, given that you got AOR then look at your PNP letter:
If "EMPLOYMENT RESTRICTION" says "YES" -> u apply for closed work permit
If "EMPLOYMENT RESTRICTION" says "NO" -> u apply for bridging (open) work permit
3) Again, PGWP is like open work permit. u can work for any employer. If you lose a work and in your PNP letter you have "EMPLOYMENT RESTRICTION" says "YES", you will need to redo the application for PNP and PR.
