Hello Guys,

Anybody in this forum can give me idea about this case. I just want to apply my PR under this two streams SINP and CEC . MY question is if ever I get my file # first under CEC while waiting for my SINP nomination,Can I withdraw my SINP application? It could affect my application to CEC in case ?

Thank you guys........... Appreciate any idea.

hi, about your question, i would suggest not to withdraw your other application. AOR doesn't mean approval of your application. sometimes, even if they requested you a medical exam, that doesn't imply a 100% approval. if they request a PPR, that's for sure you are approved.. i have my CEC and federal skilled application too. for now, they already requested me for a medical exam in my CEC application. but i don't want to withdraw my federal application yet. well, im just hoping that by the time i withdraw my federal application, that i can still get a refund for the processing fee...
