PNP Province with least processing time ?

Mine was in BC. I was nominated within 2 months and got my PR in less than 6 months from the time I submitted my CIC application (see timeline). In total, excluding gaps due to my personal decisions, the application would have taken roughly 8 months.
NWT is the quickest Province to get PNP, not many people come up north i guess thats a reason why its quick.
its not a bad place to live in fact i live in the most northerly community in the NWT and i don't feel its hard to live here as long as we are dressed appropriately.
