Anybody can advise me how to get THIS PROGRAMME
I WAS WORKING UNDER WORKPERMIT VISA ON A SKILLED WORKER CATEGORY AT SASKATCHEWAN PROVINCE FROM MAY 2012 TO NOV 2013. When I was there I didn't apply for SINP PROGRAMME.
Right now exit from CANDADA SINCE MY WORK PERMIT EXPIRED ON NOV 2013.IN THE PROMISE TO GET A EXTENDED WORKPERMIT VISA FROM MY COMPANY.
Unfortunately my company denied the offer and ask me to find another job after waiting for nearly 5 months. I understood from this programme that if I have 6 months experience in this province, I can apply for this SINP.
Now my position that I alreday exit Canada and my sponsor is not willing to give any for job.......so what I will do in this situation. My qualification and experience is certified by the SATCC and have given work permit card until Nov.14 2013, in between i appeared for th RED SEAL EXAM in the trade Mechanic Ref/a.c.. but failed. I have one more chance to appear for the exam and in the mean time my WP EXPIRED.
AND MY COMPANY DENIED HIS OFFER........
So, I am in a great dilemmma what to do?
Finding a new WP is not a easy process. In this situation.......please advise me what to be done/
