Have your ordered notes? Or else what you can do , you can call IRCC and tell them that you did got the notes and it seems officer asked to extend medicals, let them know you are not intrested to ask for the another note, as you have seen profile got updated, you can ask them can you please let me know if my medical has been extended or have to do Re-Medical or any other updated notes by Officer? Please be polite speaking to them, use words like sir/ma'am to get sufficient details.

It’s depend on the officer, medical usually takes 20-30 to pass. Rest it’s depend how long security check takes. Or officer decide to finalize the application. Their are not a firm time however their prediction time is max 20 months. Maybe few more months.

Hello. I applied via express and got my PR. However, security check on my PNP application was completed in December 2018. Had I not cancelled that application, I would have had the PR 2-3 months ago. Hope this helps.

My immigration consultant said, it will takes 12 to 15 business days. Hopefully she is right, because she said before we applied `` everything will done in 8 months or 10 months `` and I get my DM in 18th Months

Okay thank you for your response,im not express,paper base only but im almost 20 months and my medical already more than 1 year. Im not sure if they let me do my medical again.

may be 20 to 30 days as my spouse also got medical request and I got Decision made after 30 days.
