Medical passed in a month
no update after that ,,,directly got ppr letter today..11 march 2019

No ghost update, ECas says decision made, nothing updated inside when you open. Gckey still says in process background check.
But received PPR 11 mar 2019 through email.
Submitted passport: 11 Mar 2019
