Mine shows 4, numbered. I have no idea how it should look like with additional lines.

Anyone with additional lines would mind sharing a screenshot to let us know how it should be or what it looks like?
Or even if you don't have one, but you know where it should be, could you point it to the rest of us?

This i what i have. I got the 4th bold line after i passed my security check.
  1. We received your application for permanent residence on September 13, 2017.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on October 13, 2017.
  3. We started processing your application on October 13, 2017.
  4. We sent you medical instructions on March 28, 2018. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
  5. Medical results have been received.

I checked my ghost update in my GCKEY account.
Next day after the ghost update i had one extra line in my ECAS. I'm not sure if i answered your question.

By extra line i meant new line added to the ECAS.
This is copy paste from my ECAS.....
The bold 4th line was not there, it came after i got the ghost update on my GCKEY account.
i hope this make sense.....

Like this one seems to have extra blank spaces...



But...
This one seems to have no extra spaces:


But I can't be sure because the LOGOUT button now is yellow, so the one with the blue could be an older website design. Anyway, mine looks like the one with the Yellow button, so the space is subjective, and I got no ghost update.
It doesn't look like a new text could fit in there, but in the first picture, it looks like it does.

And I thought the lines for ghost updates were those blank spaces, as waiting for some information to be typed.
