I haven’t applied for the note so I don’t know what stage I’m at right now. I got MR on March 20, passed on April 19. Since then I got no update even no pre arrival letter.

Ok then we are almost in the same position. Let’s hope they finalize before end of the year, preferably next month!

Medical passes - April 5, 2018

Pre-arrival letter - April 18, 2018

No further updates after that but I received GCMS notes in September and all has passed expect Security that hasn’t started.

Do you think we can get PPR end of this year? I think impossible... They take so long and take 6 weeks to finish for 1 month applicants.

Yes, it has taken forever. Only God knows when this will finally come to an end. I fear the slowdown that might come with the December holidays but here’s hoping for the best.

I agree. Most likely the mid-December is the deadline for this year.

What I can see is 6 weeks per month of application, they've started July app, so we need to wait more 3 months at least.
Patience is the key guys!

I agree. But I think they have not started July one yet. There are still few June applicants have not received PPR and probably lucky July applicants got PPR now.

What confuses me is that I still see a lot of June applicants posting that they haven’t received PPR yet. I wonder why they finalize some and not others. Unless it’s a delay at the background check stage.

Yea, that is what I am confusing as well.
And I think they will start July ones from next week...

Wow. We were just comparing notes a few hours ago. I hope you’ll get the PPR soon. Your timeline and mine are almost same only that you’re applying from inside Canada and I’m an outsider. All the best!

Just 4 lines on my ecas. The last one says ‘Medical results have been received.’ And I applied on Aug 28, 2017
