My Ecas got updated with 'Decision Made', but no new entries when I click on it and goes to next page. The GC Key account still shows Processing Background Check. Is there anyone with similar status?

My application received 10/27/2017 but still no PPR Medical passed last 12/2018 due to additional test. our rprf is also paid last 12/2018 and we still did not receive anything until now... i tried to follow up but they said that everything is in order and is still within processing times.. what are your thoughts?
