I'm BC PNP in-land, MP Nov. 26th but still waiting for DM. But I received an ADR last Friday Dec. 11th for Schedule A Background Declaration though.

I'm BCPNP in-land as well, MP Aug 20th and still waiting for DM, I received same ADR as you in Aug. and another ADR in Sep....So i guess we need to just be patient.

Then I want to say you that stay happy because you will get your COPR soon. IRCC is taking time because of COVID and they have limited staff working. My case is same as your my gc key is in process and DM last week. They will update gc key when they will issue COPR otherwise it will stay in process only my AR is Nov 2018.
