I got it from london office and they are still using old school method like calling applicant and then sending copr via email.

Thats right mine dm on 1 nov nd they called me on 9 nov it depends on local visa office i think mine is in etobiocoke thats too slowas pwr my lawyer...
Bro i don't know too i m just guessing as my dm was on 1 nov and call was on 9 nov but nothing after that just guessing as my lawyer said that etobiocoke office is very late..
i don’t know how etobiocoke office works. my friend got dm on 22 nov n they issued her copr. but some people are waiting before that
I am guessing maybe something related with the new "lockdown " here in Toronto / Peel the things are slow.

Just received my COPR through new portal.
