Medical Upfront on 19 October 2020 and sent webform same day.
Received confirmation email on 29th October 2020 for webform IRCC they received my document.
Got MR on 09 Nov 2020.
Called IRCC agent on 12 Nov 2020

Agent was very rude. He told me who told you to go for upfront it will be us who will tell you to get your medicals done now you would have to raise a webform again explaining your situation to officer and don't expect a reply soon it could take upto months. I am very confused what should I do now how to proceed further. Anyone can help.

Thanks

Don’t worry. Just fill out the webform. Nothing to worry about

I have submitted my webform just explaining the situation. I have not attached medical sheet again. Do i need to send that again as well or is it fine just raising webform and explaining the whole thing. I have received confirmation for the webform earlier in which i sent my medical sheet.
Should i send another webform to upload medical sheet or not?

It is ok if they acknowledged that they have received your documents. Hopefully it will be updated soon

wait for a while, you will have ur medical passed within 15 days of MR even if u have done upfront, had same situation, i know its stressful but its okay, everything will be in order

If upfront medical is done, and they give u MR, then YES, case does get delayed but only by 5-10 days not by a lot. I have been thru the same situation. Have had my medical passed on 5 nov ( MR 21 OCT). got DM on 9th Nov, Waiting for CoPR.

there was a weekend and a holiday in between, that could have caused a delay in the reply
