Got Landing Interview email this morning, No PPR

Congrats If my application follows your same timeline maybe in one month I'll be getting landing interview or PPR.

From my findings, I think they are doing the security check first before medical in your case, as soon as they are done with that they will send you the medical request. Probably within 2 weeks after the medical results uploaded to your account you will get your PPR. The trend now is, to get PPR it will take about 16 to 17 months. Don't worry it's on your way.

We have exactly same days...
Just called CIC yesterday..
Nothing so far... we should expect ppr by May

My timeline is very similar too. My file was received on Dec 4th 2017. Medical request May 10th 2018 and Pre-arrival later July 6th 2018. Nothing from there. Did they say if they start your Security check?

I think they are still dealing with Oct 2017 and few cases from Nov 2017

No, but I think it’s never started just go from no started to completed
