Yeah, to some extend you are almost confirmed as permanent residence with the visa. In fact, you have to land and upon landing you have to go through a final formality at the airport to be officially confirmed (landed immigrant)FSWCIO said:PPR is the last correspondence you would receive from your VO. Yes, It is true. Passport request is the last correspondence everyone receive from at Local visa office BUT it is not the end level of this endless game!
It is just start of citizenship game!!! ;D
