how long it taking to get medical request nowadays after the EP File number???

It depends on the applicants visa office. Normally inland applicant get MR within 1-3 weeks & Outland applicant get it after 1-3 months.

IMMIGRATION sized, obviously. Otherwise they'll return your application.

Ensure that you send six (6) correctly sized photographs, with your name, and the date they were taken on the back of the photo.

Or maybe it should be the name of the cat...

No update from my side. Hopefully some of us would get EP/XEP today.

Got the EP today. Inland applicant (AINP).

My timeline:
Applied for PNP: May 1 2015
Application Received: May 6 2015
XEP Received: July 6 2015
EP Received: July 21 2015

Now Hopefully medical soon too.

1.) is AOR means initial approval of PR app?
2.)I'm a Visitor status right now and I took eligibility test online for work permit and the result is I'm eligible for open work permit... but then I phone CIC this afternoon and the officer told me if im a visitor holder im not allowed... and he send me a link saying for work permit near to expires only with initial approval of PR.
3.) Is there anyone here know anyone who applied VSitor status change to open work permit?

please help me for my Visitor status here is near on expiring..

You can only get a BOWP if you already have a WP and that WP is close to expiring.

They don't need to do that through dodgy emails - they do that by asking upfront for processing fees for everything, then waiting months to do anything, all the while sitting on everyone's money and making some lovely interest! That's the smart way to do it(!)

No issue... I get million dollar everyday as many people made me nominee thinking I'm their nephew. I'm so happy and saving all those money. I'll withdraw them together ...
