It seems they are sending EP AOR on Tuesdays.

In case if the application package is returned, would it be returned though registered post ?

I seem to have got mail held for me by Canada post, which requires in person pickup!
I am worried that this might be my application package which was returned :-X

any idea ?

Don't know about inland but for Outland returned application they use registered mail. I don't think your application is returned because it's a bit too early to get it back. Best of luck...

Really !? I thought that they return it around the same time they give the AOR ?

either way I am at work now cant get the mail till EOD, this is nerve wreaking to wait !

Yes, you are right they return at around the same time they send AOR for similar timeline. But still to return they also need to perform some task (pass it to concerning department,printing level etc)which should take some additional time. However, don't worry.
Btw, You can call the post office and ask for the sender name of your mail. That' can give your mind some rest

I dont think they reached May 8th applications. So chances are very less.
As long as you have the payment is good and signed all forms then you are good.

We don't have enough Outland PNP applicant on this forum but I think what VictorPapa said is true. Nowadays CIO sending Outland AOR only on Tuesday. ;D

My friends,

I received my second AOR from visa office today! My application delivered to Paris visa office on 11/07/2015!

My Timeline:

Application received by CIO: 07 MAY 2015
Received Direct AOR (EP + UCI): 23 JUNE 2015 (47 Days after application received by CIO)
Application received by Paris Visa Office: 11 JULY 2015 (18 Days after EP AOR)
