What is your opinion about this:
These days Outland applicants has higher priority than inland applicants in CIO! Take a look at these posts:

As we can see, many of inland applicants from FEB are still waiting for their EP but outland applicants are getting their EP very fast and I think it means local visa offices for inland applicants (Ottawa and Sydney) are a little busy these days and CIO keep those inland applicants waiting a little more but for outland applicants they are sending EP with higher priority and transfer file to abroad visa office as soon as possible! ;D
I believe when only one applicant from 1 May can receive EP on 17 June then CIO timeline is 1.5 month these days!

Victor, Good luck. I am thinking the next batch would in 10-14 days(this month end) you would get your EP. Still their batch of applications pick is of 3 weeks (apr14 - may01) and only turn around time is reduced to 13 days (last batch was on June4 and now its Jun17) to send out. Is this correct?

FSWCIO, You think there wont be any more non-EE from PNP guys? It looks that way. let us see.
And we will have to wait for a month to get our EP as we sent one month late .

I believe when only one applicant from 1 May can receive EP on 17 June then CIO timeline is 1.5 month these days!

They can still cut short the time by issuing MR (with or without RPR fee) from CIC/CIO as they dont need to wait till the applications reach respective VO or till some visa officer picks up the file and attends. I assume they send applications electronically.
Then the waiting will be completely depends on respective applicants whoever need to submit pcc.

Its not there for the candidates without job offer but its still there for the ones with job or with the experience/studies in that province. But they are moving out and introducing EE for each respective stream actually. yes i think provinces have time till this year to migrate their system to EE. Not sure if there will be any stream left out next year without EE. Earlier this was the way to enter if they dont qualify for federal but now this also gets tightened.

Last year i was thinking that all streams would be of EE from Jan 1 and luckily it was not the case hence i got chance . Thanks for that to SINP and CIC .

Same thing happended to me also. I was preparing for Nova Scotia but Saskatchewan came up like a charm. My heartiest thank goes to SINP and I declare, I will do whatever it takes from my part to improve their local economy. Respect & God bless...

Not sure what you are asking. Please explain. But you dont need to be in Canada to get your PR.
Are you in Canada on a visitor visa and applied for PR? If yes then i think your current period of 6 months will get over before you get your PR hence you may need to exit before your PR is approved. Overstaying on visitor visa will create issue. Also i think even if they are on work permit or on some other visa, they are actually travelling till the border to change their status to permanent residence as per many other forum posts hence it doesnt matter in which visa status you are currently in.

One application received by CIO on 6 May 2015, received EP AOR today!!!

Mine is 7 May! WOW! Good news is coming!
