hi guys! i have a question ! i get pnp nomination with a expiry date! can we ask for a new pnp certificate? what is the possible scenario that province issue another nomination certificate? how that thing work ?

Every nomination has expiry date and applicant should apply before that day but if it doesn't happen, applicant can ask for nomination extension. Province will issue another nomination letter with the same nomination number and extended expiry date. In Saskatchewan it can be done with Revision/Extension form but in your case you should check with Manitoba for defined solution.

My friend,
If 9 days passed after EP AOR and you still can't use your ECAS system, I think something is wrong with information you use to login to your ECAS system. I suggest, if you use your UCI as identification type, change it to application number and double check every field of information you use for login to your ECAS system.

I'm using my EP number. I'm also 100% certain that I know what my name is, and where and when I was born

I am sure you tried your UCI instead of EP and there was no success!!! (It was my thinking, I didn't ask it!!!) ;D

As I know all applicant's basic information like date of birth, place of birth,... in CIC's system come from Bar-code pages of IMM0008. They simply scan those pages with bar-code scanners and all those fields of information transfer into their system. If there was a problem reading those bar-codes or something was mismatch in IMM0008 form fields, it can cause ECAS system won't work properly.

I suggest, if you can't use your ECAS within next 7 days, you can send them an Email to check it for you.

Any outlander can confirm the 4th point if you can see in your status updates on file transfer? Checking if i would get the update online before i get any email from my visa office. :

For someone else the file transfer was not there hence asking:

My employer submitted the IM5802 form today, and paid the 'compliance' fee, so that I could apply for a closed work permit. I drove down to Emerson and got a 2 year closed permit!

Not perfect - I'd have loved to get the open permit, but the waiting time would leave me out of status.

Now the very very VERY long wait for the next step of PR.

Incidentally, I still can't access ECAS...

I think its 4-6 months from now.

Jan 2015 applicants are getting IP. So i am thinking we get it after 2-3 months of MR (and cic has everything they need). Hopefully DM/PPR in another 1-2 months.
This turnaround is not bad for ottawa office. But hoping this speed is maintained. :

I am thinking that "MR received" triggers start of many other verification (security, criminality, rpr fee etc). What do you guys say?

Is there any chance of your application to be transferred to Los Angeles ?

You are scaring me now. I hope that they dont change the rule for allocating US based applications based on distance(or earlier zone) because i am 6 hrs drive from that visa office . After pointing this out, now i think i am even ok with Ottawa (forget that i want to be in some outland office like manila or paris or abu dhabi).

Then my question would be:
What is the process for changing the visa office to outland? Would it be changing the address or moving to that address itself?
