PR Application sent to Sydney Nov 01st, 2016

I think i will get my AOR in January or February.

I just linked my paper application to my online CIC account today "24 hours after IRCC received my application".

My file was submitted on 15 July 2016 and I got my AOR 04 Nov 2016.

So you have to wait.

Depends on kind of Nomination you had recieved from Province. In my case Overseas Skilled Worker from Manitoba Province . So the file need to be transfered to New Delhi visa office. I had recieved a email notification regarding this transfer. Now need to wait for Medical for next 6 months.
