Same timeline as you but SINP applicant. And also since we don't have AOR yet, how do we inform CIC about changes to Schedule A? Do we have to wait for AOR then send a CSE to them?

So they moved further away August 24 got AOR today. Some people from August 12-17 still waiting for AOR. So, what can we do now? Its normal? Please share your views.

1 ---- does cic send AOR and application return notice at the SAME step in their work? i.e. cic view the files, if good, they give AOR, if not good as they defined, they return? So the file return will also take 3 months?

2 ---- OINP Master Stream, NOC 9914, no job offer, can i submit my ielts taken 15 months ago? Thanks.

1. I think AOR and returning the application is about 3 months processing. Because they'll have to review the application first and it if qualifies, then they'll issue AOR. Same thing for returning the application, they'll have to review it first.

2. The expiration date is 2 years I think? But its safer to submit a recent one but then again, I think your documents lock in date is when they received the application.

R u single applicant or with the spouse? I am with spouse. May be with spouse takes longer time to issue AOR. Just guessing.
