Application sent to cic - Sept 2016 (paper based application)
AOR - December 2016
Medical done and passed - May 2017
Background check in progress since May 2017

My visa office is Mexico. Can anyone of you throw some lights as to when can we expect a communication on DM and PPR. It´s been over 12 months at cic stage. Thanks.

Did you do upfront medical? I am a September 12, 2016 applicant. Did my upfront medical exam on 12th January and passed within one week. After that no update except RPRF request on 1st February.

I don't know what you asked, but you can't apply in same stream twice. but if your streams are different you can certainly apply. Its on their website

Yes, express entry is quite fast .one girl got visa in 5 months through EE.
