Same here, I can't link my application to my CIC account.
They received my Paper based application on Mar 2nd 2017, I know it's too soon to be complaining.
But I saw people link their applications right after they sent.

CIC received my application on Jan 5th.
still no AOR

I have linked my application on my cic account. it shows a file number start with XEP.
will the XEP turns to EP after I received AOR? will they send me a notice if it changed?
