Hi everyone
Not sure if anyone here can provide me with answers. I have my work permit which I obtained after completing school. I had my baby January 2017 and stopped working in December 2016 and is now on Maternity leave. My full time job was started in July 2016 and my position is still available to me when its time for work. However I did start my process to becoming a PR under SI Int’l Graduae. I submitted my application after I got my ITA and is waiting to be nominated. They have contacted my job requesting offer of employment letter, other docs etc.
My question is being that I am not working now, will that pose a problem? What should I do?

A friend of mine is Nov 24, 2016 applicant and just got PPR 2 weeks ago... you still have to wait for a few weeks

Can anyone help me answer these questions if you know anything?
First, I am PNP applicant (paper-based & inland) and October 2017 AOR (your application is in process).
1) Does Express Entry and paper-based application processing steps are all the same?
2) I am not sure what stage I am right now. (Not sure if my Background Check status changed "N/A" or not previously...)
But my Background Check status currently states, "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." (Probably same status when I got the AOR.)
Two weeks ago, I got the additional document request letter (clearance certificate and re-submit Schedule A for the gap) from CIO and the medical request next day.
I did medical exam next day morning and the status changed to "Passed" in one day.
Also, I submitted all the additional documents they asked for within the week I got additional document request letter and status is now "The additional documents you provided have been uploaded."
Even though I read the processing steps in the internet, I am confused which stage I am in right now. (I think the Background Check status that I have right now should be in IP2, but the letter for requesting the additional documents is from CIO, so I believe I am still in IP1?)
Can anyone tell me what stage I am and how close I am from PPR?

He reuploaded results yesterday so no change yet i guess two or three days
