You can't apply for BOWP unless your current WP is expiring in 4 months. So the earliest time you are eligible to apply for BOWP is Dec 2017.

Well the status is still "in process", Yes i have called them over a multiple times after the 16 months were over and get the same response " everything is passed, we do not require anything at this point and looks very positive but we are waiting for the final review" huh

Really ! We have exactly the same feedback from CIC.. I called then and I was told it's positive and don't worry and it's on the final stage.

Hey guys I got a call from my mp today I applied on feb 2016 and they haven't started my security check wtf .... They are still doing my other background checks before security although I passed my eligibility criminality and medical ...that's insane...any advice what shout I do
