If you have done upfront Medical and it is valid. You have to call CIC or send CSE or send email to Ottawa and update about that(i did all three approach). Finally, My ECAS was updated as Medical received on Saturday.

I tried calling CIC so many times but automated system never transferred my call to an agent. Also, my consultant has sent them email and CSE but nothing worked. It delayed my apllication more than two months

I did another medical with IME number. Now waiting....
