you should probably take a look at your spam folder. Its been way too long since you got decision made on your ECAS.

What did they ask you at landing?

Landed on Saturday had to drive to Montana from Edmonton.

The whole process didn't take up to 10min

you should probably take a look at your spam folder. Its been way too long since you got decision made on your ECAS.

Checked both Inbox and Spam every day. But no update!
So just order new GCMS and case inquiry yesterday.

But still no ppr email and no decision made on Ecss.

I'm really struggling with this, it's infuriating. I did an upfront e-medical in October, I've been assured by the doctor it was uploaded.

I had medical request on 4th April along with with "reviewing results of medical exam" which according to this forum people have got who haven't done a medical either. I've been trying to call cic every day, at all hours from 8am to close for the last month and I haven't once got past then saying it's a high volume of calls and cutting you off, it's truly insane. I submitted a case specific enquiry weeks ago with my medical receipt page and still nothing, no acknowledgement that they even have it. I cannot speak to or contact anyone.

You just gotta keep trying. choose between change your address and verification of documents options. I usually get a hold of someone almost every time with that 40 min hold. Keep trying.

Thanks shez, I tried the "wrong" options and got into a queue, should've tried that all along, how much time did I waste trying to do it the correct way.

Anyway turns out they didn't have my medicals at all and never got the case specific enquiry I sent either, some serious issues with that place, he's found it now and linked it to my account so should hopefully continue finally.
