Thanks shez, I tried the "wrong" options and got into a queue, should've tried that all along, how much time did I waste trying to do it the correct way.

Anyway turns out they didn't have my medicals at all and never got the case specific enquiry I sent either, some serious issues with that place, he's found it now and linked it to my account so should hopefully continue finally.

How is it possible they did not got CSE ? Did u use same email id which u specified during PR application ? They should be able to look at CSE. It takes 14 business days to get response or update ur file with whatever changes u specified in CSE.

I am not surprised. I sent my RPRF fee receipt in September via CSE last year. Got confirmation that the receipts have been forwarded in email in October. I then got request to pay outstanding RPRF fee ASAP in Feb 2017.

Oh in that case. I should be worried. Because My spouse did upfront medical because of her work permit. I sent CSE on April 5, regarding my medical. Still My ECAS is not updated with Medical Received. I called CIC yesterday, that dumb agent tells me it takes 3 months to show medical on CIC. I said ok. it is no point in discussing, if u come across dumb agent.

The only thing that I can suggest you from my experience is you send the snail mail as well as CSE. The documents in the snail mail does not have to be tracked. Anything that they receive via snail mail they have to accept and there are more chances of that being put to on file. Now you have sent them information via two independent routes. I did that costed me less than $5 (sending docs from Ontario). Hope it helps.

Hi samv02,

Mine has changed a long time ago I feel like. I am pretty sure it shows bg is in progress end of Feb Feb or in the beginning of March so when ppl talk about BG I didnt know why they are very keen to see changes.

Hopefully, we get some update in April. this is such a pain.

I understand that BG change on every case but I have been Waiting for 15 months !

So hard to go through these last few weeks !! Checking every 2 hours !!

Hope this waiting come to an end by this week
