When you extend it, how much of a time period do they give a WP for? I am going to apply for a WP extension

Thats not fair i guess. Btw i am syed sherazi means my forefathers are from Iran (Sheraz) so i am Iranian too.
Cab you help me little bit in applying for BGWP.
what documents do i need? If i need a job offer letter? if i can change the province?

Here are some answers to your questions:
1. If you had an open work permit, which means that you didnt have any resctrictions on your previous job offer in terms of employer, you will not need a new job offer letter!
2. In the application form make sure to indicate that you are applying for "Open Work Permit". That could be selected from a drop list in item 15 or 16 of that form.
3. ... I really recommend you stay in the same province, most of the time people didnt have problems of moving out of province but... ive heard of a few people having problems from cic on that regards.
4. You must attach a copy of original provincial nomination to your application so they know for sure you are in principle a permanent resident.
5. You must attach a copy of your acknowledgement of receipt letter ( either email or mail) for your PR application to assure them completely that you have applied for PR.
6. I also attached a medical report since it was required in the list, but later i understood it is required for certain jobs, but still i sent it. ( i obtained that MR a year ago for my PR applucation and sent them the receipt only)
7. These are all the important ones, search for more documents and remember that document checklist in the cic account doesnt signify all the required ones! So you havr to plow the cic website for it! Good luck Mr Shirazi!!!
