I got this when i received PCC and RPRF request in mycic account. does this mean to get PCC from Canada too. or just India?

How do you know that? I called CIC today to verify address change, so i took the opportunity to ask and I got a generic answer that my background check is not completed, average time is 16 months, it could take longer than that and other BS like that.

I sent email to CPC on Mar 17，and this morning I got the reply: "Our records confirm that your application (EP******) has been approved. Instructions will follow shortly."
But who knows the exact meaning of "SHORTLY"?
Still waiting for PPR.........after DM on Mar 16........
