anyone here just recently apply for BOWP and got approved? thanks... =)

as per CIC website it take 33 days for online app....

I applied on Jan 3rd, hope to receive BOWP and MR next week or the week after next 8) 8)

Could you share your timeline, please? My meds were "passed" two weeks ago & my background check is still "not needed".

Here is my time line.
1.We received your application for permanent residence on December 3, 2015.
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 2, 2016.
3.We started processing your application on March 3, 2016.
4.Medical results have been received. (I got medical request on Nov2,16 and they post this message on Jan5,2017)
And I checked my CIC on Jan19,17, the Background changed to "in progress".
One of your friend got medical request late than me, and he got passport request already.
I don't know why I still don't get my passport request.

Please post that in the appropriate thread. This is for folks who applied January, February, and March of 2016. There is an active thread for folks who applied in November.

It just makes it easier for us to know where everybody is at.

Anyone from Jan has any update about MR???

please check the document checklist for list of requirement you submitted in your MYCIC account... did you submit it via Case Specific Enquiry?
if you did not submit it via MYCIC account it will not be posted as PROVIDED... thanks!

Hello, I submitted it through case specific and the last time I called CIC that was last year I was told they received it
