One of my coworker sent passport last tuesday and yesterday received COPR.
Today he was activate PR.

Is he from visa except country?

I sent a copy of the Passport on Mar 8 and arrived in Ottawa yesterday. Are you from a visa exempt country? if you aren't, you may wait more...
