I am a feb applicant I applied my bridge work permit I got refusal today they ask me to leave canada so my concern is:
1) Is there any way to challenge their decision because reason I got is not valid, I didnt ask for open work permit?
2) If I go back to my country does it affect my PR application?

1. You can consult with an immigration lawyer, I know when appealing to immigration decision they can answer it.
2. It depends if you got nominated by your employer and they found that you no longer work for that employer it may get affected

I applied for BWP with AOR from CIC three months ago and I got approved recently. did you have AOR etc and did you pay 100 dollars or did your employer pay 200 (?) ?. did they write any reasons for rejection? please provide some detail of that.

My status got expired on 4march 2105 on the basis on BC PNP I applied my work permit which got rejected then on june 8 I applied for restoration of work permit which got expired too.
For BOWP you can only use your AOR if you have a valid status in canada

I renewed my closed work permit in march this year. For another 2 years.
That moment I had no file number thats why only could get another closed wp. I guess if i had had. My aor by then i could apply open work permit.

You need to submit police certificates for ALL countries you have lived in for 6 or more months in a row since the age of 18.

I do not know why

Does anyone know if I was given 30 days to do my medical exam. I was able to book only 8 jan which will be the 24th day already (got mail only today, date was 16th december) and I dont know how soon the doctor will send the reaults. Is it still counted that I have met the deadline??
