Dear guys. I'm outland jan applicant. my app status is still recieved. I updated my address and cio replied that your file was transfered to bucharest visa office. I was surprised as I'm expecting the visa office in Lebanon to handle my file. I dont know. does any one have a comment

Its good as bucharest vo has 29 months processing time while comparing to 55 months for Lebanon vo.
So earlier you had different country address?

COngrats buddy. Is your file at ottawa as per your timeline? So you received MR email from ottawa?

i don't know how to check that buddy but the email i received for MR is from Centralized Intake Office Sydney, Nova Scotia Canada.

Mine too.. It says exactly as your status. Three lines..

It looks like cio is not just intake office anymore. It's full fledged visa office.

Many Jan applicants received reminder emails last month from cio.
This week's MR email too came from cio.
Even they issued DM for one candidate.
Looks like we will know soon on ppr issuance from cio.

Yes i get the part "multi functional office" but I dont know if they are doing it "smart" as they brought the EE and processing it within canada and not distributing the respective regions' applications to respective visa offices. So ultimately they are doing all others work as well.

Anyway, but its not all that bad because they are processing it under 10-12 months. So i am ok.

So yesterday I got MR. Today I am done with my Medicals and when I came home and checked my status. Its changed to "In Process" now.

application to CIC: Feb 20th 2015, BCPNP inland nomination Jan 5th
Received medical call on Sept 10, and did it the same day.. the status is In process for me.. lets see what happens? what are the next stages?
