Hi Guys!!!

I got my EP today.
Application first received February 20th but was returned due to missing siganature.
Looks like I skipped the XEP part. ;D

XEP: Skipped
EP/UCI: June 17th 2015

Has any one gone to boarder with their PNP Cert and work permit support letter.??
if so could you provide a check list of documents needed for officer there..

Hi there, may I ask that when you re-submit your application, did you attach the returned application notice( the 1-page sheet) together with your application package when you were sending out the application the second time?

I left the notice out of my application.

I went, they only asked me those two letters (nomination and work permit supporting letter) and job offer letter. That's all.

I brought my job offer lettet same that I submitted for my nomination. And yes, you emoloyer has to pay 230$ and you have to take the receipt with you. That's the new rule after February 21.

You don't have to leave the country but you do need to be from visa execempt country or have multiple entry visa. I went to the North Portal.

Thanks for that info! One of our colleague got refused at climax they said they dont process work permit extension for inland.. But a friend of mine still thinking of trying to go to the boarder still to have her permit extended.. But they dont issue Open permit at the boarder right?

Of Course they issue open work permits, my husband got it based on our nomination and I know a lot more people with the same situation. Only I think they wouldn't issue a BOWP, I don't think they do that at the borders.

I actually meant BOWP but you already mentioned it. Thanks again! Its a little confusing sometimes cause our colleague has been told him they dont but then at some forums some of them were able to get from the boarder eventhough they are inland. But thanks anyways its such a relief.

Hi! I just have few questions(scenario) that needed to be answered. Im hoping some of you here can help out or have experienced it.

1. If your work permit is expired already and you are under restoration, can you still go to the border and get a new work permit provided you are a PNP holder and your employer has paid $230 employee's compliance?

2. If you have a Temporary Resident's Visa can you go to the border to get a work permit provided you have all requirements needed and you are a PNP holder as well?

The goal is how can a person get a work permit as fast as possible if he/she has an expired work permit and is under restoration, because the processing times right now online or paper applications are way too long?

Any help/ idea is greatly appreciated.

My file was received initially on 2nd March, 2015. But it was returned back due to missing signatures. I re-sent the application and was received on 5th May 2015.
Can you please give me a rough idea, how long it will take to get AOR ?
I am AINP applicant, and my NOC code is 2253.
You reply will be much appreciated.

I am an AINP applicant too NOC 2232. My file was returned towards the end of April. I can't remember the exact date. But I believe my file arrived at Sydney on May 1st.

I would say it'll take about 6 weeks from when your file arrived in Sydney the second time.
