sometimes they don't update payments for rprf like for my case i paid my rprf in november2015 yet still showing in my gcms notes that it was still outstanding and on feb26 a letter was sent to me requesting for rprf payment which was already paid 3 months ago. i called cic and to check and they confirmed the same and ask to resend the copy of my receipt again asap. time has been wasted because sometimes they missed payments like this. so this might be a case of missed payment too.LadySeoseono said:

They better call CIC on monday just to make sure that they received the RPRF tell them he/she already paid and spouse is non accompanying.
